Face Acne Treatment can be confusing, what treatment is right for you? will it work or are you totally wasting your money? Over the last 13 years, testing out products and creams and pills I have found that most are a waste, however, not all.

Red meat and dairy farm products may contain high levels of hormones that may generate higher levels in humans thus causation acne.
Use natural products on your skin. Avoid excess chemicals in
skin/body products that may be harmful.
Use non-pore hindering or noncomedogenic products like make-upsand tanning lotions.
Look for any combination of these terms on labels: natural
ingredients, antibacterial, antiseptic, opposed fungal, anti
parasitic, antiviral and / or antimicrobial agent.
Taking these basic steps can help you control your acne.
